Alpha Course

From time to time we run Alpha Courses which have proven to be an excellent way in which people can explore just what the Christian faith is all about. It is relaxed, low-key, friendly and fun. We have run courses in the daytime and in the evening and many people from our two parishes have now completed Alpha. There is often some sort of sharing of food and we meet in homes where we can feel comfortable and get to know each other.

Alpha courses consist of a series of talks looking at topics such as "Who is Jesus?" and "Why and how do I pray?". Alpha is for:
• Those wanting to investigate Christianity
• New Christians
• Newcomers to the church
• Those who want to brush up on the basics

There is no charge, although you may be asked to make a contribution towards food. Why not try out an Alpha Course? All we say is come along for one session and see what you make of it.
